CBZ Touch is a comprehensive mobile application developed by CBZ Holdings where banking, insurance, and wealth management services are seamlessly integrated. It allows CBZ clients to have unprecedented control and security over their transactions by empowering them to choose how, where, and when they conduct their financial activities – whether it's from the comfort of their home, at the farm, in church, at college, at the marketplace, while abroad, or on the move. With CBZ Touch, users can access a wide range of features at their convenience:

• View account balances for personal and loan accounts
• Request mini account statements
• Transfer funds to Wallet accounts from various CBZ Bank platforms, including Telecash
• Receive quotations for life and short-term insurance policies
• Access integrated CBZ Life services for applying for funeral and educational policies, making payments, and applying for short-term insurance policies
• Make online payments for school fees and tertiary education fees
• Block or unblock ATM debit cards online
• Open e-Wallet accounts online for non-account holders
• Open accounts through CBZ Bank Agents via the mobile app
• Facilitate fund transfers between CBZ accounts, to other banks, and internationally
• Request online card replacements
• Utilize cash-in and cash-out facilities for e-Wallet account holders
• Enable cardless withdrawals from ATMs or CBZ agents using One Time Passwords (OTPs)
• Send money to any mobile number for withdrawal at CBZ ATMs or agents by providing a One Time Password
• Conduct bill payments seamlessly (e.g., ZETDC prepaid electricity, insurance premiums, municipal services, Telco services)
• Access integrated CBZ Asset Management services like balance inquiries and withdrawal instructions
